  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

 

For Shopify and Website Orders:

  • Standard Shipping (Domestic): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (Domestic): 1–3 business days

  • International Shipping: 10–21 business days, depending on customs clearance and destination

 

For Amazon Orders (Journals Only):​

 

  • Shipping times and options follow Amazon’s delivery estimates.

  • Prime members may receive faster shipping according to Amazon’s policies.​

 

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method, weight, and destination.

  • Free shipping promotions may apply as indicated on the product or during checkout.

  • Import duties, taxes, or additional fees for international orders are the responsibility of the buyer.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Shopify and website orders: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

  • Amazon orders: Track your order directly through your Amazon account.

5. Lost or Delayed Packages​

 

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other external factors beyond our control.

6. Returns & Exchanges

 

Amazon Products (Journals Only):​

 

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt.

  • Items must be in original condition for a full refund or replacement.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

 

Shopify Products:​

 

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging for exchanges or returns.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the product is defective.​

 

7. Non-Returnable Items

​​

  • Gift cards, downloadable products, and personalized/customized items (unless defective) are non-refundable, regardless of the platform.​
