Shipping Policy

At Unmasked & Becoming, we aim to get your products to you quickly and safely.
This policy covers shipping, delivery times, and related responsibilities for purchases made
through our website, Shopify, and Amazon

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with your order details once your order is placed.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

 

For Shopify and Website Orders:

 

  • Standard Shipping (Domestic): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (Domestic): 1–3 business days

  • International Shipping: 10–21 business days depending on customs clearance and destination

 

For Amazon Orders (Journals Only):

 

  • Shipping times and options follow Amazon’s delivery estimates.

  • Prime members may receive faster shipping according to Amazon’s policies.

3. Shipping Costs
 

 

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method, weight, and destination.

  • Free shipping promotions may apply as indicated on the product or during checkout.

  • Import duties, taxes, or additional fees for international orders are the responsibility of the buyer.

 

 

4. Tracking Your Order
 

 

  • Shopify and website orders: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

  • Amazon orders: Track your order directly through your Amazon account.​

 

5. Lost or Delayed Packages
 

 

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other external factors beyond our control.

  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at unmaskedandbecoming@gmail.com so we can assist with claims or replacements, subject to the carrier’s policies.​

 

6. Returns & Exchanges
 

 

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging for exchanges or returns.

  • Journals, planners, and printed items are only returnable if damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the product is defective.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection of returned items.
